This case against multiple defendants was involved with buildings which had been built on the land of another. As the ruling was on an indivisible subject an appeal could be introduced by another party.
Background
Some claimants filed a case against the defendants before the court requesting the defendants to demolish buildings they built on their land. The claimants said that the defendants had illegally seized 385 square meters of their land and built these buildings.
The court dismissed the case.
The claimants appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court dismissed the appealed ruling and ruled the defendants should pay the claimant 3000 Egyptian Pounds for compensation and should demolish the buildings.
Decision
The defendants appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. The office of public prosecution rejected the appeal by the third and fourth defendants.
