This Claim related to a dispute between the Claimant and Nareb. The Claim Form dated 17 October 2023 in this matter appeared to name the Second Defendant in this Claim to be ‘Nukhad’. In review of the Claim Form and the documents filed in support of it, it appeared that the Claimant, upon the filing of the Claim Form, had erroneously included the manager of the company as the Second Defendant to this Claim.
