On 20 May 2024, the Claimant filed his claim with the DIFC Courts’ Small Claims Tribunal seeking payment for various employment entitlements to the sum of AED 123,832.25.
On 21 May 2024, the Defendant filed a claim under case number SCT-207-2024 claiming the sum of AED 27,668.58.
On 22 May 2024, the Defendant filed an Acknowledgment of Service with the intention to contest the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.
