Background
Breaches were put forward in this contempt of Court proceedings which related to the alleged failure by the First and Second Defendants predominantly to provide information as required under the information orders contained within the worldwide freezing injunction granted without notice on 2 August 2018 and continued on the return date on 7 August 2018.
On 27 September 2020, the court granted an application by the Claimant for immediate judgment as against the First and Second Defendants for judgment of USD 31,245,932.94. On 18 October 2020, the First Defendant filed an appeal notice with the Courts.
