The Defendants were ‘Mr Lucas' and Miss Landy who were tenants of an apartment in the DIFC owned by the Claimant.
On 15 December 2019, the Claimant filed a claim in the DIFC Courts' Small Claims Tribunal for 196,875.00 AED allegedly owed by the Defendants in relation to the Apartment for a period of 18 months unpaid rent.
