This claim was called for a consultation before SCT Judge Maha Al Mehairi on 16 August 2017, with the claimant's representative and the defendant's representative attending the consultation. Upon reading the submissions and evidence filed and recorded on the court file and having regard to (i) the nature of the dispute; (ii) the likely complexity of the facts, law and evidence; (iii); and (iv) the circumstances of the parties the court ordered this case to be transferred to the DIFC Court of First Instance in accordance with Rule 53.37 of the Rules of the DIFC Courts.
