The court ordered that the claimant was entitled to 70% of its overall costs in relation to the claimant's claim and the counterclaim, such costs to be assessed on the standard basis by the Registrar if not agreed. The claimant's request that the court release the amount of AED 300,000 paid by the claimant into the court was granted. The defendant's request for a stay of any decision or order on costs pending the determination of the defendant's application for permission to appeal or the judgment of the appeal court was granted.
