This order states that the position remains as stated in the Administrative Ruling issued by the Chief Justice by letter dated 30 January 2017 (“the Administrative Ruling”) stating that any further proceedings in this matter in the DIFC courts are put on hold until further notice from the DIFC court, which continues to apply.
