The claimant's application seeking an immediate judgement under RDC 24.1 dated 19 May 2016, shall be suspended until a decision is made by the Judicial Committee. The defendant is to pay the claimant's costs on an indemnity basis in the amount of USD 10,000 payable within 30 days.
