The court ordered that 'Gold AE DMCC' be added as a party to the proceedings as the second defendant. The claimant, within 14 days of this order, is to amend the claim form and particulars of claim under RDC 20.22(1), serve a copy on all parties to, or affected by the proceedings under RDC 20.22(2), and serve a copy of the amended particulars of claim, the amended claim form, forms for admitting, defending and acknowledging the claim, and copies of the statements of case and any other documents referred to in any statement of case, on all defendants to the proceedings under RDC 20.22(3). The claimant, within 7 days of the date of service of these documents, is to file a certificate of service for each defendant. The company 'Gold AE DMCC' will become a party to the proceedings once served with an amended claim form under RDC 20.23.
