The court ordered that the judgement creditor, Bocimar, be permitted to serve the Part 50 Orders - requiring certain individuals to attend court to provide information under Part 50 of the RDC - for the licensed manager of the judgement debtor, and authorised representative of the judgement debtor, by fax, registered mail and/or hand delivery to the judgement debtor's office address as set out in the commercial license. The judgement creditor has liberty to apply by way of Part 23 Application for any further orders for alternative methods of service of the Part 50 Orders.
