Upon the claimant and defendant having agreed to settlement terms recorded in a separate schedule, it was ordered that all further proceedings in the claim be stayed, except for the purpose of carrying such terms into effect. The terms of the schedule were confidential. Liberty to apply to carry such terms into effect. No order as to costs.
