Background
An employee filed a case against a company and requested the court order the company to pay him 348635 AED and the cost of a flight ticket. The employee stated he had started working with the company on 01/04/2007 and had been pressured to resign on 02/11/2009 but the company had refused to pay his dues.
The company asked the court to order the employee to pay 67500 AED for having cancelled his employment contract and 102000 AED which the employee had withdrawn from the company's account.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 57067 AED and the value of a flight ticket and rejected other requests.
The court ruled that the employee should pay the company 75000 AED and rejected the other requests.
