Background
An Appellant - filed the action No 513/2006 against the Respondent demanding that he pays 1,062,230 AED on the basis that he was appointed manager of the company since its establishment in 1999 and the agreement was renewed after the changing the legal form of the company from a Sole proprietorship to a limited liability company on 15/12/2003. This resulted in the renewal of an agreement on 12/09/2005 and he was granted power and jurisdiction to manage the company under a proxy ratified by the notary.
