The Appellant insurance company requests the impositions upon the said company to pay him damages as to the value of the blood money in compensation for the loss of an organ and the moral and physical damages. In the medical report the injury is described; while the appellant was driving home the car insured by the defendant company caused physical damages to the appellant.
