Background
A Plaintiff filed an action against the Respondent demanding the establishment of its ownership of the trademark “.Aqua” and the writing off of the trademark registered under the name of the Defendant under the No 60829 on 21/06/2006 and a letter to be sent to the ministry of economy explaining that and to publish the judgment in Arabic and in English in two journals issued in the UAE at the expense of the Defendant.
