Background
The Respondent as the owner of an institution filed suit No. 97 of 2005 before the Dubai Court of First Instance and against the Appellant, requesting the Court to oblige him to transfer the usufruct rights under the lease contract released to them from the Dubai Government Property Department on a plot in Al Quoz Industrial Area and if the Defendant refused to implement in kind, to require him to pay 10 million AED as compensation for all the material and moral damages and loss of profits that the Plaintiff suffered.
