Background

A Respondent filed the action No 713/2004 against the Appellant demanding the confirmation of her custody of her children, aged 12, 12, nine and three years old and to order the Defendant to pay her an alimony worth 10,000 AED and dwelling rent worth 4,000 AED per month or provides her with a house of her own. In addition, the Plaintiff asked that he pay maid fees worth 800 AED monthly and that he pay her 5,000 AED as of the date he stopped spending on 05/02/2004 and that he be allowed to see his children until the action ended.

The Plaintiff stated that she and the Defendant had a consummated marriage and they had the children and that on 05/02/2004, the Defendant kicked her out and caused her deportation her since he was her sponsor and that she tried to have a normal married life with him but he refused which was why she filed the action.
