Background
A Plaintiff filed action No 299/2004 against a Defendant demanding a divorce and her dowry worth 20,000 AED and that he pays her alimony as a wife including a rent of 2,000 AED per month as of 28/09/2003 until the judgment and pay university tuition and transportation which he said he would pay of 36,928 AED and give her her personal things or pay 20,00 AED.
The Plaintiff stated that they had a consummated marriage but he left her on 28/09/2003 and he was mistreating her and cursing which was why she filed a criminal action against him No 3280/2004
