DCC 15/2006

This case involved an employee who had been dismissed after being accused of dishonesty but had been found innocent in the criminal case. The employer refused to reinstate him and he claimed his dues including severance pay. A key issue was the period of his employment which impacted whether he could claim severance pay. The period of his suspension was not included as he had not been paid wages for it.
