Background
An Appellant joined the Defendant company on 8-10-1995 as a manager with a salary of 33,500 AED in addition to the other benefits stipulated in the contract. On 15.1.2002, his salary was changed to 92,000 AED per month while retaining the remaining privileges and bonuses stipulated in the contract of 8-10-1995
On 1/9/2003 he submitted his resignation and agreed with the company to continue working during the notice period stipulated in the contract of six months
