DCC 151/2006

The respondent purchased property from the appellant and filed a lawsuit to compel the appellant to pay him with interest the difference of the rental value of the leased apartments in the property from the sale date to the expiry date of the lease contracts. The Court of First Instance dismissed the case. The Trial Court cancelled the appealed judgment and compelled the appellant to pay the respondent with interest the rental value from the leased apartments, commencing from the sale date of the property until the expiry date of the lease contracts.
