The possibility to revoke the direction of the promissory oath before the adversary acceptance of the oath. The appellant said that he entered into a contract with the defendant to design and perform internal decoration of the Burjuman mall. They were given a lump sum therefore the claimed balance has been payable to him by the defendant. When the claimant asked the defendant for payment, the latter unjustifiably refrained without any right and therefore he filed the case.
