The eligibility necessary for the enforcement of the arbitration agreement and the limits of the eligibility of the commercial enterprise manager as a representative on behalf of the owner are explained in the case. Managing the individual organisation shall not grant the manager the eligibility to agree upon the arbitration without a special authorisation from the owner or the approval of such disposal.
