Background
A Respondent Company filed suit No. 743 of 2002 before the Dubai Court of First Instance against the Appellant requesting payment of 223.412.39 AED and 12% interest from the date of the lawsuit until full payment. The Plaintiff had sold the Defendant Company building materials under invoices filed in the file of the suit but the Defendant did not pay for them.
