The evidence of an authenticated signature is deemed sufficient to consider the document authentic, unless otherwise proved by the signatory. The authority of the trial court to assess the facts in the case, consider the evidence and documents, assess the witness statements without discussion of any illegal presumptions claimed by the adversaries or allowing their arguments and requests. The authority of the trial court to assess the validity of the document contested as fraudulent.
Pursuant to the perusal of the documents, and the reading of the summary report, and after deliberation.
