Each account shall be independent from the other in case of multiple accounts for a single person. Unless there was an agreement between the client and the bank to link such accounts there should not be multiple ones. The stock may not be performed in case of independence of each account when there are multiple accounts for a single person. The defendant may submit an interlocutory claim regarding the jurisdiction stock. This is provided that it is stipulated in a direct manner and the procedures stipulated are considered in the second clause of the article 97 of the Civil Procedures Law.
Pursuant to the perusal of the documents, and the reading of the summary report, and after deliberation.
Whereas the cassation has fulfilled all formal conditions.
