There shall be no exceptions to the jurisdiction rules regarding the jurisdiction of the court in which the contract was executed. The venue or national jurisdiction of Dubai courts shall be deemed a part of the general system. The international jurisdiction of the court shall apply to foreign citizens who have no country of origin or address in the case a multiple entity. The contested judgment deciding the invalidity of the Dubai court's jurisdiction shall be deemed a violation of the laws due to the relation between Dubai courts and the general system, even though the distribution agency is located in India and the second respondent, the insurance company, is located within the Dubai court's jurisdiction.
