Background
A First Appellant filed the action No 572/2001 against his former wife the First Respondent demanding she drop custody of his daughter and he receive it and she drop her right to receive all kinds of imposed alimony.
He stated that she was his wife and they had a daughter of 9 years old and a son of 8 years old then he divorced her and she refused to have custody of the son because he had special needs and since she divorced a foreigner and the daughter was still with her, he filed the lawsuit.
During the proceeding, the Defendant waived the custody right of the daughter to her mother the Second Respondent who intervened as an opponent in the action demanding the custody of the girl in her capacity as the grandmother.
The Second Appellant also intervened the action as the mother of the Plaintiff demanding custody as the grandmother on the father's side.
