The ruling of the contested judgment to dismiss the action due to the existence of arbitration clause, despite the invalidity of arbitration ruling as it has not been signed by the arbitrator. It shall be deemed a violation of law and erring in the application, as the judiciary shall recover the jurisdiction, in case the arbitration ruling is invalid.
