The Court of Appeal shall have the jurisdiction to classify the relationship between litigants and apply the legal ruling, without considering that a change of the action reason. This case defines the transfer of debt and the conditions of the transfer of debt validity and effect. The Trial Court shall have the jurisdiction to conclude the banking transfer, transfer of debt and its effect, and the assignee's discharge of debt, without comment.
