Insurers working in the State shall abide, when they issue insurance policies, by conditions contained in the two forms attached to the Ministerial Decree No. 54/1987 regarding the unification of vehicles insurance policies. The obligation of insurer, the vehicle insured thereby, shall include the loss or damage of the vehicle during loading and unloading process subject to carriage works, pursuant to Clause E of Article 1 of the Ministerial Decree regarding the unification of vehicles insurance policies, without effect of that the insurance application may include a choice of the insured to accept or refuse the insurance in case of having an accident during loading or unloading, as the condition contained in the Policy shall be the standard.
