The Judgment
In view of all inspected documents and report read aloud by reporting judge ___________ in the hearing, after due deliberation and in consideration of the pleadings;
Whereas the appeal fulfilled all formal requirements;
Whereas in view of the statement of facts and appealed court decision, it appears that Objector, owner and Managing Director of _______________ company, sued Respondent before the First Instance Court of Dubai, lawsuit no. 368 for year 98 (commercial), requesting the Court to annul the arbitral award, subject of lawsuit, to appoint an auditor to determine the balance dues to be paid by Respondent to Objector, and to compel Respondent to pay to Objector the sum of 12,411,670/67 dirham with interest;
