The employment contract, in force at the time of the transfer of ownership from the original employer to the new employer, shall remain valid in law. The employment relationship between the respondent and the hotel owned by the appellant shall remain valid so long as the facility trades as an hotel, even if its name or legal entity has been changed from a limited liability company to an hotel privately owned by the appellant.
