Accommodating the action upon the court adoption of the action facts and applying the law without the adversaries' description. The validity of the court description of the action issued under the employment law because the appellant has established against the respondent because of the employment contract duties breach related to the non-performing of any competent work or the disclosure of any information to the external party. The contested judgment dismissing the appellant action for not following the procedures related to the employment contract parties resorting to the Labour Department directly before the action filing before the competent court shall be deemed as applied to the law correctly.
