Whereas the cassation has fulfilled all formal conditions and it is therefore accepted pro forma
Whereas, the facts of the action as per the contested judgment and all the documents of cassation can be summarized that the Appellant filed the action no. 976/95 Summary, against the Respondent requesting to order the latter to pay the Appellant an amount of AED 22.535 along with the expenses.
