The partners or the legal entity company must be registered with the Commercial Registry and its formal documents must be published. At the time relating to this case the private corporation had been transformed to a limited liability company. There is no evidence that the third party had knowledge that he was dealing with a company, and not a private corporation. The contested judgment imposing the appellant to pay the invoice amount without giving consideration to the phrase "Commercial Company" and without regard to as the respondent's knowledge that it deals with a limited liability company violates what is proved in documents and lacks substantiation.
