Credit Card – Interest rate – Contract – Agreement
The original dispute involved a claim for an unpaid credit card amount, legal fees and interest. It was claimed the interest rate was excessive which were rejected as it was the rate the parties had agreed. It was also claimed the claimant had breached their contract by withdrawing the card. Evidence was needed to prove this.
