Background

An Appellant filed action No 2031/2012 Al Sharjah against the Respondents demanding the ratification of a decision issued by the Bahrain Court of Appeal on 17/05/2010 and that it become enforceable so that they could execute it in the Emirates.

The Appellant stated that an expert in accounting was assigned in appeal No 5/2003 issued on 17/05/2010 by the Court of Appeal in Bahrain and the expert was to review the authorities in Sharjah and move to the hotel's head office and the buildings in Sharjah which lead to the action so the expert could continue his mission on Emirate soil.
