An employee filed a case against two companies before the court. They requested the court to order the companies to pay her financial entitlements and compensation for unjustified dismissal. She said that she was working for the first company and they transferred her to the second company where she was dismissed from her job.

The court dismissed the case against the second company. The court ruled that the first company should pay the employee 16054 Dinars and interest in addition to money for a travel ticket.

The employee and the company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court amended the appealed ruling and ruled the second company should pay her financial entitlements as well. The court also ruled that the two companies should pay the employee compensation of 16000 Dinars and severance pay.
