This case involved whether the deadline for making a claim about a faulty vehicle had passed.

Background

A purcahaser filed a claim against a company before the High Civil Court claiming that he had bought a car for the company and when he used it he found technical faults and could not repair it. The company refused to take the car back or replace it. The person filed a status confirmation claim before the urgent cases. The court appointed an expert who said in his report that there were hidden technical issues in the car. The court issued a ruling revoking the sales contract and requested the company to give the buyer the amount ordered by the court. Both parties appealed the ruling before the Supreme Civil Court which refused to accept the appeal of the purchaser and dismissed the appeal of the company.
