This case involved whether there was evidence a terminated worker had received all their entitlements.

Background

A claimant filed a case with the civil court against the defendant requesting eight months' pays, annual leave, an end of service gratuity, return ticket home, and a service certificate .

He had worked for the defendant as an engineer with a salary of 1000 Dinars .

The court asked the defendant to pay 666/10999 Dinars, including a leave payment and the certificate of service, a travel ticket and a reward of 7,933 Dinars and pay for only two months .

The claimant appealed the ruling before the court of cassation because of an error in application of the law.

When they calculated his dues based on the end of the work relationship, and they asked the owner to acknowledge the continuation of his work until the end of August.
