This case involved the nature of a guarantee which had been given. A guarantee had been given by one party that he would pay a debt if a travel ban was lifted on the debtor and he did not pay the amount. This did not mean that this guarantor owed the money if the debtor returned to the country and did not flee the jurisdiction.
