Background
A lawyer filed a case against a defendant before the court requesting the defendant to pay him 1072 Dinars for fees that he paid for two cases in addition to his expenses for defending the cases on the defendant's behalf.
The court dismissed the case.
The lawyer appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
Decision
The lawyer appealed the ruling before the court of cassation and said in his grounds of appeal that the ruling had violated the law and said that the upper civil court considered his appeal in violation to the rules of mandate stipulated by the Law of Advocacy.
