Background
An employee made a complaint against a company before the Ministry of Labour claiming that she was working in the company and was dismissed from her job without getting paid her entitlements. The Ministry referred the case to the court.
The court ruled that the company should pay the employee 2000 Dinars in compensation and 140.133 Dinars for holiday pay.
The company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
Decision
The company appealed the ruling before the court of cassation. The court repealed the ruling and referred the case to the court of appeal. The court of appeal amended the appealed ruling and ruled that the company should pay the employee 955.652 Dinars.
