This case involved whether an insurance company was liable to pay compensation for the period in which a car damaged in a road traffic accident was being fixed.
Background
A claimant filed a case against an insurance company before the court requesting the company to pay her 620 Dinars and 9% interest. The claimant said that her car was damaged in accident and the car that caused the damaged was insured by the company. The claimant said that the damaged car was rented and it had stopped for 31 days.
The court ruled that the insurance company should pay the claimant 620 Dinars.
The insurance company appealed the ruling before the court of appeal. The court upheld the appealed ruling.
