This case involved payments due on termination of an employee including unpaid wages, an allowance, holiday pay, and pay in lieu of notice. The employer's policy on pay in lieu of notice was used to calculate the due amount. The employer had not provided the required information to receive a housing allowance and was not entitled to a bonus.
