Arbitration clause shall be invalid according to the invalidity of the original contract subject to the jurisdiction of judiciary. The arbitrator may stop his work until a final judgment is issued after an initial matter outside the jurisdiction of the arbitrator is presented. The contested judgment that the arbitration panel is competent to consider the invalidity of the contract that included the arbitration clause instead of referring this issue to ordinary judiciary.
