Tarek has good amount of experience in aviation and aircraft financing. He has provided his legal services to numerous of local and international clients in different sectors, including petrochemical industries, industrial gases manufacturers, banks, financial institutions, education, healthcare, aviation.

Tarek has led numerous mergers and acquisition transactions in the State of Kuwait, and his role extended from preparing due diligence reports, drafting transactional documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders agreements, amendments to the memorandum and articles of association, and negotiation with transaction's parties and the concerned government authorities.

Tarek has worked on various litigation matters and claims related to contractor's claims against governmental bodies, representing local and international clients. Tarek is currently part of a team representing a reputable Korean contractor in a claim against the Pubic Authority for Roads with an amount of 70 Million Kuwait Dinars.
