Dr. Talal H. Jaber holds a Ph.D. in International Business Law (with Honors), an LL.M. in Business Contracts, and a diploma in Anglo-American Law. He is a professor of Business Law, Business Ethics, and International Business Law at leading universities in Lebanon, including the American University of Beirut, the Lebanese American University, and La Sagesse University, and serves as a visiting professor at the University of Montpellier in France.

He is a managing partner at Jaber Law Firm, established in 1929, and an international arbitrator with extensive experience in commercial arbitration, legislative drafting, and legal consultancy. His practice spans Lebanon and the GCC, with experience in arbitration proceedings under Egyptian law, including Ad-Hoc and cases administered by the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA).

Dr. Jaber is the author of several leading works in business law and arbitration, including Introduction to Business Law and International Sales of Goods, as well as publications on arbitral jurisprudence in Lebanon. His academic and professional work focuses on arbitration, business law, and commercial practice.

He currently serves as Head of the Disciplinary Council at the Beirut Bar Association.
